TOMADEX:

From dressing room to tribunes: one line for the entire club

Sports clubs are increasingly looking for one recognizable line for players, supporters and the club shop. Tomadex S.C. brings these worlds together with its own sportswear brand KEEZA: fan merchandise and professional teamwear from one production environment.

The company from Aleksandrów Łódzki, founded by Tomasz Szulc and Adam Czajka, grew into an internationally active manufacturer of football scarves and supporter articles. An important milestone was the launch of KEEZA, with which Tomadex took the step from promotional merchandise to professional sportswear. The company now also collaborates with national sports organizations, including the Polish ice hockey federation PZHL and the Polish Football Association.

According to Ariel Szenborn, responsible for marketing and partnership coordination, the difference is mainly in the complete control over production. “Our strength lies in technological independence: we design, sublimate and sew everything in our own facilities,” he says. This gives you control over quality, delivery times and customization. Tomadex also actively explores the market internationally, including through trade fairs such as ISPO and the Canton Fair.

The range rests on two pillars: fan merchandise and professional sportswear. Tomadex produces, among other things, the striped 'pasiaki' supporters scarves, while KEEZA develops match uniforms, training clothing and tracksuits for sports such as football, basketball, ice hockey and motorsport. “Clubs are not just looking for a supplier for a shirt or scarf, but a partner for the entire line,” says Szenborn. Because both product groups are developed within the same organization, colours, designs and details can be coordinated to create one recognizable club identity.

This means the company is joining a market in which customization is becoming more important. Clubs want collections that match their identity, from colours and fits to prints, details and club shops. This need goes beyond just a beautiful design: clubs are increasingly looking for extensive personalization, fast delivery times and production closer to home.

A sharp print is only the beginning. With sublimation, the right balance between temperature, pressure and material determines whether colours remain beautiful without the fabric losing its softness and breathability. In sportswear, accurate colour calibration, ergonomic fit, good choice of materials and reinforced flatlock seams ensure that the clothing continues to perform well even during intensive use. With fan items, such as supporters' scarves, yarn tension, fiber density and finishing make the difference.

This technical attention does not stop with the product. Clubs and business customers want short lines, reliable delivery and digital ordering environments that match their club structure. This way, orders can be processed more clearly and clubs can be delivered faster.

The location in the Łódź region, historically the heart of the Polish textile industry, gives Tomadex access to extensive knowledge of textiles, production and finishing. At the same time, the company chooses to consistently reinvest its profits in a modern production park and its own fleet. This way it maintains control over production and distribution and can deliver flexibly in Europe. Further investments in automated design-to-print processes and more sustainable sports materials will follow in the coming years. Tomadex and KEEZA not only want to supply individual products, but also want to help clubs develop one recognizable collection, from dressing room to tribunes.
