Sida 49 · The core values of Tricorp
Look like a team, work like a team
team. One of our favourite sayings is, “This is how we’re going to win the game.” We see our work as a kind of top-level sport. We’re in a market with specific products and services — so how do you keep winning that game over and over?
And how do you do that?
First of all, by standing out with our products. People should be proud to wear Tricorp, and our visual branding helps with that. We also stand out through our service. We want to completely unburden our dealers — and their customers — as much as possible. Every day, two large Expandables travel across the Netherlands. These expand into mobile showrooms at the dealer’s location (or at the dealer’s customer). Inside, there are fitting sets in every size. One by one, employees try on their clothing while enjoying a nice cup of coffee. We like to make it a real event.
Besides the showroom trailers, you also have two other trailers, right?
Yes, that’s correct. We have a Formula 1 show car that we use to activate our Formula 1 partnership. We can display it on location using our own F1 trailer. This way, our dealers can also benefit from the power of this partnership. We also have a mobile kitchen that we use at trade shows and events — it’s a great external workplace for our own chefs.
It all sounds amazing. Do you have any job openings?
(Laughs) We certainly do. Right now, we have a team of over ninety people. What we’ve built in the Netherlands over the past few years, we’re now going to roll out across the rest of Europe. So in the coming years — and even right now — we have plenty of vacancies. If you're interested, you can find all the details on how to apply on our website.
